Why is water leaking around the top of my filter on my water pitcher?Updated 3 months ago

Here are some suggestions to fix this common issue:

1. Put a small amount of vegetable or olive oil on the O-ring (or that silicone gasket on the top of your filter).
2. Make sure the O-ring is pressed all the way down to the filter.
3. Screw the filter on tight and secure to the reservoir.
