My Nano or Pure filter is running slowly, is that normal?Updated 3 months ago

Your Epic Nano or Epic Pure water filter may have a slower flow than most competitors because our filters remove a much wider range of contaminants. The Nano that removes bacteria, viruses, & cysts which are tiny so if your filter is taking some time, know that it's doing its job! Cleaner water is worth the wait! & Our filters are slower by design.

So what's normal? A new filter may take one to two hours to fully filter. With time and usage, it will get faster and generally takes around 15-30 minutes to fully filter.

However, if your filter doesn't seem to be in that range, please then contact our support team and we will get you sorted out.
