If your dispenser is leaking, it's most often because the spigot is not turned tightly enough. We recommend ensuring that the spigot is fully tightened, and then once it's tight, turn it some more.

If that doesn't fix it, check and see if your spigot contains a silicone o-ring (or gasket) which allows it to create a seal and prevent leakage. It should be located where the spigot meets the dispenser. If yours doesn't have one, we're happy to send you what you need.
