I just signed up for the Clean Water Club. Will I be sent a filter immediately or in a few months?Updated 3 months ago

If you ordered a Pitcher or Dispenser ~

When you sign up for the Clean Water Club, we will send out the Pitcher or Dispenser which will include a filter. Then, we will send out your replacement filter after the selected interval has elapsed. So you will not get a replacement filter in addition to your order.

If you ordered a Bottle ~

When you sign up for the Clean Water Club, we will send out the Bottle which will include a filter. Then, we will send out your replacement filter after the selected interval has elapsed. So you will not get a replacement filter in addition to your order.

If you just ordered a replacement filer ~

When you sign up for the Clean Water Club, we will send out a filter to you right away and then again on the interval you selected. 

If you placed an order but do not want to get your filter right away, please send us an email as soon as you can so we can cancel that first order. If the order has already been fulfilled, we unfortunately won't be able to cancel and refund it.
