I can't sign into my account. What's going on?Updated 5 months ago

Is your account active?

When you sign up for the Clean Water Club, you will receive an email from us with a link to activate your account and create a password. If you haven't activated your account, you won't be able to sign in yet.

You can go through your email abyss and look for the email from us to active your account, or you can email us at [email protected] and we will resend you that link.

If you've already activated your account and still can't log in, you can email us at [email protected] and we will send you a password reset link to get you back in to the goods.


Does your payment method need to be updated?

If your payment method needs to be updated because of an expired or cancelled card, our system will deactivate the account after too many failed payments attempt in order to protect your account. If you think this happened to us, just let us know and we can reactivate your account so you can get back in and update your information.

If this happened to you, you won't see any details when you login and it may appear as if you no longer have an account. Don't worry, all that will reappear once your account is activated again!
