Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days of receiving them. Prior to placing your order, please double-check the shipping address, as we are unable to modify it once the order is placed.

We cannot always promise that an order will leave within 3-5 days. This depends on where our inventory is located among a few other factors.

Shipping Time

Your order will normally take around 7-10 days to arrive given there are no postal delays.

We have seen shipping delays and sometimes an order will take 10-15 business days to arrive. We apologise for any delays, once an order leaves our warehouse we don't have control over how long it takes to get to you.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Note that if an order contains more than one item, we may ship items individually depending on the size of each item. We will send you tracking for each item in the shipment if we do this.
