Everytap Filter vs Everywhere FilterUpdated 3 months ago
We have 2 bottle filters to choose from! Not sure which to get? Hopefully this will help.
The Everytap is the best for (you guessed it) every tap. It's meant for treated or municipal water, and it removes over 70 contaminants.
A lot of customers ask about how our Everytap filter does with fluoride. Unfortunately, it's not great at removing fluoride because fluoride removal is dependent upon contact time. So the more time that water has to interact with water, the better it will be at removing fluoride. Our best filter at removing fluoride is our Pure pitcher filter.
The Everywhere is best for those who want to use their bottle abroad or outside on untreated water as it will remove bacteria, viruses, and cysts in addition to other contaminants.
The Everywhere does remove more fluoride than our Everytap. And that's because it has a longer contact time with the water. With that, it also requires more effort to pull water through the filter and through the straw. Because of this, we don't recommend using it for every day use. It makes a great hiking or traveling filter, though!
